in iimsr jalna mbbs admission is on merit for any religion or is it only for muslim students??

If you look at this http://www.dmer.org/new/Fee%20structure%20Private%20unaided%20Medical%20&%20Dental%20dated%2028.06.17/MBBS/JIIUSIIMS%20&%20R%20Medical%20College,%20Jalna.pdf, it says that IIMSR jalna is Minority unaided Medical College. Though it is a Muslim Minority College, it also offers admission to non Muslim Candidates. But the majority of the seats are filled by Muslim Candidates. 85% of the seats are filled by Muslim students on the basis of NEET score.
