Hello Shem!

You must accept the seat offer by paying the Seat Acceptance Fees, as illustrated in the offer letter. Once you have approved the offer, you would be supposed for Float in successive rounds provided you have practiced the Float option.

Refund of SAF(seat acceptance fee) is possible but only through the counseling portal within a stipulated period. And there is no cancellation fee if withdrawal is made within this time. However, bank charges, if any, will apply.

do they give a specific time after the payment in round one? will the required time be during second or third round?

shem No. There is separate refund rounds for 2nd and 3rd round that isn't same as the 1st round of refund. And you can pay within a given date and time. If you miss it, refund may not be possible.
