National Institute of Technology (NIT)s are the premier engineering institutes of India. They offer courses at both graduation and postgraduation level. Courses from various branches of Engineering, Architecture, Management and Science are offered at most NITs.
There are a total of 31 NITs in India spread acorss the country.
