Correct Answer: Kharif season

Solution : The correct option is Kharif season.

The Kharif season, also known as the summer monsoon season, is one of India's most important crop seasons. It usually begins in July with the arrival of the monsoon rains and lasts until October/November . Crops that flourish in the warm and moist conditions brought on by the monsoon rains are planted and farmed during this season. Rice, maize, sorghum, pearl millet, pulses, cotton, peanuts, soybean, sugarcane, and other crops are farmed. Irrigation is mainly reliant on monsoon rains. Warm temperatures and plenty of precipitation help these crops develop. Predominantly grown in areas that receive a lot of monsoon rainfall.
