Admissions for reserved category candidates like OBC are made on the basis of their category ranks .so the cutoff ranks are different for different category candidates. General category candidates take admission on the basis of GMR rank. If you belong to OBC category , then your category rank will be considered at the time of admission and not your GMR rank. You have to satisfy the cutoff ranks for OBC candidates .
