Hello Aspirant,
It seems that you forgot to mention the category name for which you have mentioned the category rank, but by seeing your CRL and category rank it seems that you belongs to EWS category, if not then please mention the correct category in the comment section below.
Unfortunately on such EWS rank you have no chance to get any of the NITs even with Tamil Nadu as Home state , so it is recommend that you should either go for private colleges or you can prepare for further attempts of JEE-Main and to help you in your preparation we have some resources which you can access from the link given below :-
https://learn.careers360.com/jee-main-coaching/?utm_source=%20QnA
Because the closing ranks of last year were like :-
Dr. B R Ambedkar National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar - Civil Engineering (8246)
National Institute of Technology Agartala - Biotechnology and Biochemical Engineering (8387)
National Institute of Technology Durgapur - Bio Technology (7788)
Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of latest cut-offs available and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your marks, category, and state you can use JEE-Main College Predictor:-

Hello candidate,
Since you have not scored a very high rank in the JEE Mains examination there are not high chances that you will make it into some of the best NITs of the country, but you can still look for National Institute of Technology Goa, National Institute of Technology kurukshetra, National Institute of Technology Agartala, National Institute of Technology Silchar, etc. moreover since the home State wise 50% reservation for domicile holders of the same state you can also look for NIT Tamilnadu (National Institute of Technology Tiruchirappalli).
