for Example-2019 JEE Advanced paper full marks was 372 while that of 2018 was 360.
But there is some percentage fixed for different categories which you have to clear subject wise as well as overall for getting name in Ghh rank list.
For General Category you have to secure at least 35% overall and 10% subject wise.
For OBC you have to secure at least 31.5% overall and 9% subject wise.
For SC category you have to secure at least 17.5% overall and 5% subject wise.
For ST category you have to secure at least 17.5% overall and 5% subject wise.
So This is the minimum percentage marks marks you have to obtain for getting name in the name list.but the cutoff of every year differs depending upon the level of paper.so no one can give you the absolute minimum marks for getting IIT's.
But if you get more than 25% marks in JEE Advanced and have cleared all the subject, subject wise cutoff then being a SC Candidate, there is maximum probability that you will get IIT's.
if you have any doubts regarding this then you can ask in the comment section.
In 2019 the minimum cut off marks to qualify JEE advanced for ST category was 17.5 overall aggregate and 5.0 marks aggregate in each individual subject. The minimum marks to qualify JEE advanced 2020 is yet to be announced. And to get admission in IIT you need to score above cut off marks. The exam pattern changes every year the number of questions remain same which is 54 questions but the total number of marks(maximum marks) will change. So it is difficult to tell you the exact mark to score to get seat in IITs.You will have good chances if you score 50-75% of total marks.
However, the cut off changes every year it may increase or decrease slightly.
