Hello there,
You haven't mentioned your Home State, the branch you want to choose and your category. Analysing the previous year data, you have very low chances of getting a seat in the IITs. You may not get the top IITs but you can definitely try for the lower IITs. Also note that the cut-off rank changes every year depending on the difficulty of the paper, and the number of candidates appearing for it.
