In JEE Main paper 1,2019,i have gotten 83.3316377 percentile,my All INDIA RANK for SC category is 9679 but my 12th CBSE score is 57.8 %.

Hi Amit,
For NIT you should have minimum 75% in 12th boards.So, you are not eligible for that . Seeking fir govt colleges so almost all colleges have this criteria of 75% but a trial is always worth you shoukd try for other collegs.

As with this percentage it is not possible to get admission interested nit or IIIT because you need minimum 65%marks for these.
But you can go in DTU or NSIT because of relaxation ( i.e criteria for admission is 50 % in these ).
Or you can go in some me other colleges which have less percentage criteria .
Like state government colleges or in good private college.
So good luck
