NITS:- Durgapur, Hazratbal, Mizoram, Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh, Agartala, Manipur, Jalandhar, Surat, Meghalaya, Patna, Raipur, Rourkela, Sikkim.

It is a very good rank & you have a high chances of getting and waiting for a seat in NIT till the last round but it would be possible only in your State quota i.e. at this rank you could get a NIT of your Home state and might you not also be able to choose your branch of interest. So please apply for that and you can also use the college predictors for more filtered results.

Only JEE main Rank is not enough to predict that you will get admission in NIT or not.
The cutoff varies as per categories and programs offered. The allotment of B.Tech in NITs will be purely based on JEE main cut off.
JEE MAIN cuttoff 2019 according to category is
Common rank list - 89.75
General-EWS - 78.21
OBC-NCL - 74.31
SC - 54.01
ST - 44.33
PwD - 0.11
If you have got marks equal or above than the cutoff then you can get admission in NIT college.
