From the information provided by you ,it seems very difficult for you to manage a seat at any NITs for the B.Arch degree. Usually the ST Rank cutoff hangs around 250-400 for NITs/IIEST in jee main paper 2.(as per trends)

But, you should always apply for JoSAA as well as CSAB counselling process.(You might get some colleges like BIT Mesra, Mizoram University, Katra Vaishno devi college etc.).

However ,also it is advised to you to kindly apply for state level counselling/private college counselling which accepts Jee scores for their admission in colleges.(Manipal,SRM,Amity etc.)

According to your category rank their is a possibility to get an better college. College is also depend on you state because state quota is available their so state also matters if you are from Telangana and get college in Telangana state then you can get benefit of state quota. You have to go for the counseling till the last round to get better college.
