Yes, if you don't except the seat then you can participate in further rounds.
But you need to go to any IIT for verification purposes i.e. document verification.
At last if you don't except any seat , the last one will be automatically accepted.
Yes you can still participate in further rounds of josaa counselling even if you aren't interested in the seat alloted to you.
All you have to do is to go to the reporting centre, which they will allot you after you get a seat, do the required procedure of document verification and then you have to opt for float option if you don't want to get that respective seat.
