No the seat acceptance fee is only one time payment in whichever round you are allotted a seat in that round you have to submit your willingness as well as the seat acceptance fee after one time payments of seat acceptance fee you don't have to pay it over and over again just you have to sit in further rounds as per your willingness and after final seat it allotted you will have to move according to your college guidelines.
