Hello Mate....

In the case of upgrade in any counselling if you get the college at 10th priority but if you put for upgrade in 2nd round then it is that you will get college which are above the college in the list that you have got and you don't get college which is below in list.If your rank is nice then you should apply for upgrade and if you don't get seat in further rounds then your seat will stay with you.

pandurang.mahale You should first check colleges above 10th position that there seats can be given to you or not by checking previous years cutoffs an then change accordingly
