*****While registering for Karnataka State UG Counselling your personal details will need to be given. Also for Counselling you are required to give your Caste Category details.
*****If you belong to Reservation Category or has any Category through which you can get benefit in the Counselling then you are required to upload the Caste Category also.
If you belong to General Category or don't have any reservation then no need for Caste Certificate.

If you are talking about Careers360 College Predictor then it is expected and a prediction based on previous year's cut-offs. The result may vary in actual counselling because cut-offs changes from year to year and depends on many factors like number of seats available, number of students appeared in the exam, caste category of the students, difficulty level of the exam, etc.
