Basaveshwara Medical college chitradurga was established in the year 2001. Each year takes admission for 100 seats in MBBS UG course. The infrastructure is good with library , Cafeteria, Hostel, Auditorium. The total fees is around 32 Lakhs. While chamrajnagar institute of medical science was established in the year 2016. The institute offers MBBS UG course for 150 seats every year. The infrastructure is developing slowly. However the faculties are good and the fees are around 3 Lakh. Being a Government college students mostly prefer this college. Hope this helps.
