IN KCET 2020 i got 4500 ranking veterniary will i get seat in BVSC banglore

Veterinary colleges are less so even the seats are also very few. This is a good rank but I'm not sure if you will get a seat or not because every year it keeps changing,it mainly depends on the number of fresh candidates and the repeaters in that particular year.
