In KCET 2nd round I got a University which was established just 2 years ago CMR University which is in baglur .If I keep for 3rd round

Hello,
I must suggest you to cover up the seat as in 3rd round counselling you will get low grade 8colleges as upgraded colleges seats are fully full so kindly see through it accordingly and reserve the seat so that you have the opportunity for this particular college

CMR University is much decent.
However you can get better college like SJB Institute of Technology for Mechanical engineering which is very good for placements and ranks ahead of CMr University.
You can also vet CSE at lowsrend college lkke :
