KCET is conducted by Karnataka Examinations Authority, Bangalore and as per the information brochure release by KEA, Bangalore the Round 1 seat allotment result will be declared on November 29th and from November 30th to December 1st the candidate will be having options for modification/delete/reordering of choices filled in the Round 1. So yes you can delete the options which you have filled during Round 1 counselling.
