In KCET, can we expect the same type of jump in cut-off in 2nd extended round ? before KCET 2nd round, JoSSA admission were over.

We can't provide you with correct answer. It is totally subject to the students applying for counselling. But we can expect a slight peak in the cutoff, because josaa admissions will be over.
