In kcet if I am opting for 2nd round will the college alloted for me in 1st round will be intact?
Hi Sravankumar,
As you might be knowing there are 4 choices in the counselling. If you have excercised over either of the choice 2 and 3 you'll be able to sit in the further counselling rounds. Second choice is nothing but float, only in second choice will your seat will be intact if there is no improvement in the seat allotment. In the 3rd choice you are allowed to sit in the next rounds but you don't have the alloted seat. Make sure you haven't taken choice 1 which is freezing of seat as in that case you won't be able to sit in further rounds.
Good Luck !!
Hope you are doing well. During choice entry, there will be 4 choices. Out of which, the choice 2 and choice 3 are just for opting to second round. If you want the first round allotted seat to be intact, then you need to select the choice 2 which holds the current seat and you can go for second round of seat allotment. If you choose the choice 3, that means you are surrendering the round 1 seat and going for second round. In this choice 3, the seat will not be intact. I hope you got the point after reading this answer.
All the best.
