Just a single college according to your merit you would be alloted. If you wish to upgrade or change and try your best you may wait for round 2 counselling but only a single seat would allotted in the very first.

For counselling you would be given all choices of college under that university of the sate.However you have the chance to select any, You need to select only those which you have a chance to get as per the cutoff of previous years. Make sure you choose that only in which you hold a fair chance to get a good course with desired branch too.
