in kcet second round can I change my branches

Hello aspirant
hope you are doing great. As per your query I would glad to tell you that allotment of seats completely depends on the choice filling list ,only those branches can be alloted to you which you have filled in your choice filling list and that way you can change the branches if your rank is above that particular branch cut off any college
