in kcet what role does special quota (ex-CAPF) play ? and also i belong to 3ag category bit y m i allotted seat under GM ? (ENGINEERING)

Special Quota is under ex capf us very beneficial for the students who are eligible for it
But seats are filled in such a way that they fill in the order of general merit, then they start allotting for category students
If your rank is eligible for general merit then obviously you get a seat under general merit
