Hi Nishitha,

The allotment is done on the basis of state rank a student got in the merit list.

As only state domicile students have the right to take the benefits of 85% state quota seats for government college because of which only Karnataka state students will be alloted government seats along with private seats.

All the other state students who registered will be allocated private seats only.

Database includes the list of both Karanatakans and non Karanatakans according to which allotment is done.

For now you wait for the release of allotment list on the official website.
