In KEAM after 1st allotment should I pay the college fees along with the 10000 rupees for CEE if I want to go to second allotment?

No need to pay college fees to go for second round but it is mandatory to pay the fees assigned by government. If you pay the college fee and take admission in another college you will get refund but they will cut the cancellatio charge from your fee so I suggest not to pay college fee because even if you don't pay fees your seat is secured
