in keam,if i go for 2nd round allotment and get a seat ..can i also go for mop-up round?

if you get a seat in second couseling , and if you take it and pay the fees , then you will not be allowed to take seats in mop up round, what you have to do is if you get a seat , dont take , apply for the next mop up round.
