In last year neet 63.25% have qualified from Karnataka.This year neet 61.56%(i.e 55009 students ) have qualified.Is there any chance of cutoff being low in Karnataka state for 85% quota?

Compared to last year, yes, the number of students who qualified NEET in Karnataka is less. However, it cannot be said definitely that cutoff for medical and ayurvedic colleges will reduce. As depends on not just number of candidates qualified, but also on other factors such as total number of candidates, total number of seats available, difficulty range of the paper etc.
