No, there's no difference in 3 years & 5 years llb in terms of career opportunities, value of degree, jobs opportunities, salary etc, the only thing in which they differ are:-
************ Minimum required qualification:- for 5 year llb minimum qualification required is 12th while for 3 year llb, at least graduation is required
************ Duration of course:-
- Duration of 3 year llb is 3 years
- Duration of 5 year llb is 5 years.
