In mains i have got 171280 of crl rank and 52970 category wise would i have chances to get nit or iiit

First of all I believe that at a crl of 1,71,280 only a ST candidate can get admission in any institute. Seeing your category rank I don't think that it is your case.
Hence no I don't think that you have any chances for any of the NITs/IIITs maybe even GFTIs!
