See this cannot be accurately predicted as rankings are never based on branches but on overall picture of the institutes. So one way to find out is to check the cutoffs for the college from last year. See which branches are preffered by most students. The branch with the highest cutoff is the very popular one and should be good. Second is to check student forums about the college.

According to the current scenario and according to the passed out students' review I feel CSE is the best in MREC. When it comes to placements , companies related to the software side visit the campus.

The course and exams are followed quite strictly.
