Hello,
It depends completely on the policy of the respective institution, some have the fee per year set for the length of the course and will therefore explicitly mention the cost fee to you at the time of entry, but the others will adjust them according to their expenditure. They would let you know that if not directly ask for it during the counselling and get a confirmation during the counselling.
