in manipal entrance test,can there be a difference in marks obtained at end or the exam online and when the scorecard is released?

Yes, there can definitely be a difference in the score displayed after the online exam versus your the marks on your scorecard.
But, not a vast difference can be expected because usually you might get add scores for a few questions or there maybe a key change. So, don't expect a huge difference.
