That is completely your call. You need to be sure of your interests and work accordingly. See,MBA in Finace,Marketing or HR are equally good and cannot be compared on any scale. And at the end of the day,it is your hardwork that will make difference. You will have to put in your hundred percent wherever you go.

I believe that one can do best only in the field he is interested and has potential we just need to discover our internet. MBA in HR, Marketing or Finance all are good taken that you have interest in that field and see yourself working in that field in future. But if the stats are to be considered following are the positions of field of MBA mentioned in accordance to it's demand and average package of those who do it :-

• Marketing (It has the most scope among three mentioned and has much demand in market, average salary pay of those who do it is highest among the three)
• Finance (One of the most popular and most demanded field of MBA students of this speciality are also well paid and hired at large)
• Human Resources (It is also quite good but has comparatively lesser demand but students of these are also well paid and hired at large)

This is a very subjective question. Different people would prefer different options here. So I would suggest that your decision should depend upon two things-  a) what are your interests and b) what is your career goal.

Marketing is an area where you have to be very creative and original. If you are a person who is both, then this one is definitely for you. This field would require coming up with new ways of marketing the product and creativity is an essential required for this.

HR in my personal opinion doesn't provide more job opportunities as compared to Marketing and Finance. You can can get jobs in the placement cell or the recruitment cells of the companies.

Finance is definitely a good option if you are better with your accounts and numbers. This also has better job prospects.

So Nikhil, choose wisely according to your interests and your future goals and ambitions. Hope this helped :)

according to me , 1st is marketing 2nd is finance and 3rd is human resource

because, in the market the numbers of job of marketing are high in comparison to other 2 specialization but it is really tough work as well because there is a cut throat competition in the market of marketing if we tal about human reosource so human resource is better opportunity for girls in comaprison to boys and in the starting the growth is not high but if you have a good experience so then you have great future and finance is also good if you are good in your basics and clear about the concepts so you have good future in it as well .
