IN MBBS internship is of 1 year so during this period we have to pay the college fee of medical??

This usually depends on colleges and scholarship options but the normal rule is you have to pay fees for 4.5 years of your college fees in most of the colleges that is taking the internship period and you usually get paid a stipend on your internship so check out with your college
