In Mumbai you can get :
Saraswati College of engineering
AC Patil
KLE institute of technology
Mahatma Gandhi Institute of technology
As your MHCET score is less you should have good score in 12th exam so that your composite score will be good and you will get the colleges abive and many more colleges in which you want to land in.

But you can go for some private colleges of Mumbai where you can get admission easily.
