In mop up round , am I eligible to get NRI seats while I am not a NRI? What will happen for the left over NRI seats in mop up round?

Hello,
There are multiple rounds in mop counselling, so left over seats will be filled.
If you are not NRI then you want be eligible for NRI seats. You can take admission in other category for which you are eligible.
