Dear Shwetha, you haven't mentioned whether you cancelled the seat allotted in Round 2 or if you have joined it and then attended Mop up round. Technically if you forfeited your seat from Round 2, and then you secured a seat in Mop up Round, you cannot go back and reclaim seat allotted in Round 2. You cannot retain a seat either from Round 1 or Round 2 and then appear for Mop up round. So, if you did not join the college allotted in Round 2, you cannot reclaim it. You will have to join the seat allotted in mop up round.
