If you take admission under management quota in the deemed universities then you have to pay the actual amount that is stated at the time of counselling. The fees of all the deemed universities is mentioned at the time when you do choice filling. If you take admission under management quota in your state's private colleges through State Quota Counselling, then you need not pay any extra amount. Everyone have to pay the same fee's either one get seat in first round or mop-up round.

Mop-up round is mainly conducted to fill the vacant seats in medical colleges.

AIQ counseling conducted mop-up round in online modes for deemed/private medical college, colleges under centeral university like bhu,amu etc,jipmer, AIIMS,esic medical college etc. It doesn't conducted for govt medical college,if seats remain vacant after round two then it is transferred to respective State quota in which the college is situated.

Mop-up round in state counseling is usually conducted in offline mode in which you should be present on the counseling center and if you got sufficient marks to get seat then you get seat and fulfill other procedures of addmission on counseling.
