in my 10, 12 marksheet, addhar card, pancard, driving liciense have only first name"Sumit", and no surname in all documents, it create problem in govt job, or am i eligble for the exam like mppsc?

If your name in same in every documents, than it won't create problems but yes if in some other documents you have surname with your name than you need to make your name name in every document otherwise you will phase problems in every official work.
