No, there will not be any problem during JEE counselling , even if your name differs in Capital case or small case, in 10th and 12th marksheets.
Only the spelling needs to be correct in both the marksheets.
So, do not worry.

in my aadhar my name is written as Abhishek Ramapati verma and in obc cast certificate my name is written as Abhishek Verma will there will be any problem in jee counselling
