my fathers name in my 10th certificate is virendra singh and in my 12th certificate and graduation degree certificate it is virender singh.

I think it's absolutely alright as along as your father's first name is correct in both the certificates. This includes that the spelling of his name should be exactly same in all aspects. I don't think there will be any problem in the counselling session. All the very best for future!
