Hello,

I would suggest you to go to nearby session court or district court and get an affidavit saying that these two names belong to the same person and there is no discrepancy.

This would ease out your process of document verification as name can be an issue sometimes in official and admission documents so to avoid any problems during the admission process that might delay your procedure, get this document and keep it with you for reference.

Good Luck, Hope it helps!!
