In my AIIMS form I selected a wrong id proof n added another id proof number. Also the correction dates are gone. Will it affect my exam?

Hello
One option is still left you mail to their official mail id and explain your query to them if they are fine with it they would allow edit option only to your form and then you can edit.but for that you have to mail to them and request.
