If you are speaking about the AP EAMCET Allotment , In the Allotment letter they will mention your fee and the date of submission. You have to submit that. In that zero fee means you don't need to pay any fee because you might have got rank below 10k or Due to reservation category SC/ST or any other reservation. You have to pay only the Building fund of the college. It varies from college to College.
