Hello student institute has nothing to do with your father documents they'll check your documents only on your each documents the name should not different in case the name is same on every document there's nothing to worry. As already said before there will not be any problem if the surname and first name places are interchanged in the documents. There is no spelling mistake also there it isn't the case that there is a middle name in one certificate and no middle name in another certificate. In all of the documents your father's name is same but the surname is placed at first in birth certificate and in your class 10 certificate it is place at the last. When you apply for any exam or admission please fill your father's name according to the class 10 certificate.
