Your details such as your name, date of birth, father's name and mother's name given in the class 10th certificate are considered. So your name should be same in all documents which is given in class 10th certificate. You haven't mentioned what is your name as per class 10th certificate. If your name in class 10th certificate is different from the name in all other requisite certificates such as category certificate, class 12th certificate, Aadhaar card then you need to get an affidavit stating that both the names belongs to you. You can provide this affidavit at the time of document verification so that you will not face any problem. You need to fill the NEET application by providing the details as per class 10th certificate.
