In my class 10 certificate my mother's name is Damayanti Borah(sirname is incorrect) but in my class 12 certificate it is Damayanti Saikia(correct). Will I face any trouble if I attach those documents in the application form for neet 2021?

When you are filling the NEET application form you need to fill your name, date of birth, father's name and mother's name as per class 10th certificate. You need to either apply for a new class 10th certificate for correction in the details or you need to provide an affidavit stating the correct name and wrong name and you will have to provide the affidavit at the time of counselling. You have to publish the affidavit in the local newspaper. This is the procedure you need to follow to avoid the rejection of your candidature at stage of the admission process.
