Hello,

The details which are in class 10th certificate will be considered so you have to fill the details in any application form as per class 10th certificate. Since the name in class 10th certificate and other government IDs is different you can provide an affidavit stating that both the names belong to your father. You can provide the same at the time of document verification.

Mam in my 10 and 12 marksheet MD is present in my fathers name and in other documents its not present will it create issue in passport
