In my income certificate my annual income is 72000 can I get fw seat under UPTU . If yes then which branch could I get? My expected rank is 25k and I am genral ews candidate .

For the first part of your question , YES you are eligible for EWS category admission .
For this you need to submit your guardian's INCOME certificate and all dues ; that too issued from you native place( This includes Residential details too). These are to be scanned and uploaded during counselling rounds.
Also it is advised to maintain these documents for future scholarships offered in UPTU colleges.
Answering your next query, YES you are eligible for few top uptu colleges.
1. JSS Noida for CIVIL and EIE branch.
2. KIET GROUP OF INSTITUTIONS for MECHANICAL, EIE , EEE and CIVIL branch
